The service

Lynxwares brings together its gaming platforms and provides Lynxwares Account as an optional shared sign-in method. Iced Fox Studios has its own features, profile records and rules. RemoteCraft and projects marked coming soon are not a promise of availability or a delivery date.

Your account

Use an account you control, provide accurate information where required, and protect passwords, recovery methods and passkeys. Do not share sign-in codes or impersonate someone else. Report suspected unauthorised use to lynxwares.mail@gmail.com.

You must be eligible to use the service under the rules that apply to you and any sign-in provider you choose.

Google, Discord, Twitch and passkeys are optional sign-in methods. Keep a working method before removing an existing one. Account access does not grant studio administration rights.

Connected platforms

A connection lets a platform recognise your Lynxwares identity and receive the details you approve, not your password. Each platform keeps its own permissions and records; an email match alone does not merge existing profiles.

You can revoke a connection in Account → Connections. Manage existing sessions or data held by that platform there. Its own terms and privacy notice apply.

Acceptable use

Do not access other people’s accounts, distribute malware, evade access controls, impersonate people or disrupt the service. Automated access must respect documented permissions and limits.

Report security issues privately with enough information to reproduce them. Avoid accessing other users’ information or testing in a way that damages or interrupts the live service.

Content and branding

You retain rights in profile text you provide. You allow the service to store and display it as needed for your profile and approved connections. This does not transfer ownership of your creations.

Branding, software and artwork remain subject to their applicable rights and licences. Third-party games, services and brands belong to their owners. A connection or link does not imply endorsement.

Availability and changes

The service may change or be unavailable during maintenance or incidents. Future features are not guaranteed. Material changes to public terms should carry a revision date and appropriate notice before taking effect, subject to urgent security or legal requirements.

Access may be restricted to address abuse, compromised accounts or legal obligations. Where appropriate and lawful, the operator should explain the restriction and provide a way to request review. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are not excluded.

Privacy and account closure

The privacy notice explains how account information is handled. Account → Security offers an export and a deletion request for review. Requests are not immediate erasure and can be cancelled while pending.

Closing Lynxwares does not automatically close accounts on connected platforms. Manage those accounts through each platform.

Payments and contact

This version has no LYNXE currency, checkout, purchases or subscriptions. Fox Coins belong to Iced Fox’s separate system. These terms introduce no payment obligations and do not alter rights arising from earlier services.
